All VACs are equipped to collect biometric information; however, the following locations offer biometric services only i.e. in-person help and other VAC services are not available.
In addition, citizens of 30 countries and territories need to give biometrics (fingerprints and photograph) within 30 days of submitting a visa application. Exemptions to this mandatory requirement are very limited.
